The woman accused of leading a chase while driving a rental truck and pulling a knife on at least one person before doing so will be sentenced in about two months.
Jennifer Fisher, 49, reached a plea agreement with prosecutors during a hearing Wednesday morning. Fisher pleaded to one count of misdemeanor flee and elude. She had been accused of aggravated assault, criminal threat and flee and elude.
Fisher was arrested April 18 after allegedly pulling a knife on a Hostess Brands security guard, driving to Walmart and then leading a chase to John North Ford, where she crashed and was later arrested.
Sentencing will be Oct. 23 in Lyon County District Court.
