Flint Hills Community Health Center has received a supplemental grant for quality measures.
The nearly $56,000 grant is authorized by the federal Public Health Service Act and is officially listed as a Quality Improvement Award. The Health Center says it will use the grant to quality improvement, including recognition of the Health Center’s patient-centered medical home status. The Health Center was also recognized for advancing health information technology and clinical quality improvement
QIA funds cannot be used for ventures already supported by the federal Health Center Program operational grant funding.
