Area health departments had no weekend updates on coronavirus numbers.
This means Lyon County — for now — remains at 80 active cases with 796 total cases and 701 recovered patients since March. Fourteen people have died, and currently eight deaths are awaiting final classification on cause of death from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment.
Lyon County currently has two active clusters. One is in private industry with three active cases and one death. The other is in long-term care with 38 active cases, seven deaths and all eight of the county’s pending death certificates from KDHE.
The latest update from Lyon County Public Health is slated for Monday afternoon.

*Coffey County has six active cases, 75 total cases and eight deaths
