A Topeka company has reached an agreement to acquire Emporia’s Seamless Data Systems.
Seamless has announced it has entered an agreement to sell its managed services, data networking and computer repair services to Century Business Technologies of Topeka. Century will continue operations at Seamless’ current headquarters at 710 Industrial.
Belford says Century was interested in the talent and business expertise Seamless brought to the table as it expands in the information technology business sector.
