Lyon County Public Health is reporting 28 new COVID-19 cases since Fridays update.
The number of total cases has increased to 762. There are no recoveries reported in Mondays update. There are now 90 active cases. The number of deaths remains at 14.
40 of the active cases are associated with long term care clusters. 4 cases are associated with private industry clusters. 46 cases are not associated with a cluster.
Area counties have reported slight increases.
Wabaunsee county is reporting 2 new cases, increasing the active case count to 7.
Greenwood county reported 1 new case and 1 recovery. There remains 1 active case.
Coffey county is reporting 3 new cases, increasing the number of active cases to 4.
Osage county is reporting 3 new cases, increasing the number of active cases to 10.
Chase county is reporting 10 new cases for 58 total cases. There have been 22 recoveries, leaving 15 active cases.
Morris county is reporting 3 recoveries, leaving no active cases.
Kansas Department of Health and Environment is reporting 1282 new COVID-19 cases in Kansas since Friday. 638 new cases were reported on Friday. The number of confirmed positive and probable positve cases is at 35,167 in Mondays update. There were 3 deaths reported over the weekend increasing the number of coronavirus related deaths to 405.
