Chase Elliott was the winner of Sundays NASCAR Cup series road race at Dayton. Denny Hamlin finished in 2nd place and Martin Truex Jr finished in 3rd place. Clint Bowyer finished in 6th place.
Bowyer moves up to 11th in the driver standings but slips to 14th in the play-off standings.
There are 3 races left before the play-offs begin. The top 16 drivers advance to the play-offs.
There will be two races at Dover this weekend, one Saturday and one Sunday.
