A man accused of trying to rob an Emporia hotel early this year is in court Wednesday for a preliminary hearing.
Jeremy David Spicer, 19, is accused of attempted aggravated robbery and making false information after an incident at the Econo Lodge Hotel, 2511 West 18th, on Jan. 7.
