First District Congressional candidate Tracey Mann stopped at the KVOE studios on Friday to meet with residents and update listeners on his campaign.
Mann, a Republican, says recent endorsements from the Kansas Farm Bureau, National Rifle Association and Kansans For Life are good signs his campaign is on the right track.
Mann also says residents are gravitating to his campaign because of his emphasis on agriculture and his conservative values. He also says an open-close-open-close approach to handling COVID-19 is not the best way to handle the disease.
Mann is facing Bill Clifford, Jerry Molstad and Michael Soetart in the primary. The Democrats in the race are Kali Barnett and Christy Cauble Davis.
