If you heard a rumor that the Kansas State High School activities association was planning on canceling the fall sports season, Its false.
KSHSAA said they have received a number of phone calls and emails after someone on twitter and social media posted that the fall high school season was going to be canceled.
KSHSAA executive director Bill Faflick responded with “All of KSHSAA’s efforts right now is to prepare for a Fall 2020 high school sports season while adjusting to COVID-19.”
They anticipate further guidance from the State Health Department in what the school year will look like on July 17th and will use that guidance to fine-tune any plan they have in place.
