Budgets and health matters will lead the Lyon County Commission’s action meeting Thursday.
Lyon County Health Officer Renee Hively will discuss the latest coronavirus numbers and trends, while County controller Dan Williams will have an update on the county’s 2021 budget after a flurry of budget proposals from department heads and allocation agency leaders.
Separately, commissioners will formally consider the Emporia Senior Center’s request to tap $8,000 in emergency funding.
The meeting starts at 8 am at the County Courthouse.
