The Emporia Lady Spartans 18 year old softball team wrapped up play in the Jimmy Johns Freaky Fast 6 game smash in Kansas City Sunday with a 4-3 loss to the Topeka Storm Blizzard. The Blizzard scored the winning run in the bottom of the 7th.
The Lady Spartans are now 6-9-2 for the season.
