The Emporia High summer strength and conditioning program begins Monday at the school.
This is for high school students only:
*Seniors will work out between 6-7:15 am
*Juniors will go next from 7:45-9 am
*Sophomores will work out from 9:30-10:45 am
*Freshmen will work out between 11:15 am-12:30 pm
