Several items are up for discussion when the Regional Development Association’s Board of Directors meets Friday morning.
Board members will get a historical perspective on Lyon County’s unemployment figures and trends dating back to 1990. They will also strategy for industrial locations and incentives for small businesses.
An update on succession planning and a discussion on RDA structure and focus will also take place.
The meeting is at 7 am at the Trusler Business Center.
