An Osage City teenager has been charged with two counts of illegal sexual activity with a younger teen.
Osage County Attorney Jack Hobbs has announced single counts of rape and aggravated criminal sodomy against 18-year-old Nicholas Heald. Authorities say Heald had sex with a then-13-year-old at some point in time in the second half of May.
A first court appearance date has not been announced. The affidavit, or law enforcement narrative, is sealed.

An Osage City teenager has been arrested on suspicion of rape.
18-year-old Nicholas Heald was arrested Tuesday on allegations of rape and criminal sodomy according to the Osage City Police Department. Heald is currently confined in the Osage County Jail.
Formal charges are pending.
