Sentencing is tentatively set for Wednesday in the case of a local business robbery.
Back in March, Harold Stewart pleaded no contest to single counts of attempted robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery after the Max’s BP convenience store at 202 East Sixth was robbed in February 2019.
Stewart was supposed to have trial early this year, but that ended with a mistrial declared after he grew dissatisfied with defense counsel Steve Atherton and requested a new trial. Sentencing will be at 3:30 pm.
