The Kansas 8 Man All-Star games that were scheduled for June 13th in Beloit have been cancelled.
A statement released by the 8 Man All Star game committee said:
“Due to Covid 19 in the best interest of Public Safety, the Mitchell County Health Board and the Kansas 8 Man All Star Game Committee has officially cancelled the 2020 All Star games. The plan is to resume the games in 2021.”
6 area players were selected to play in the games.
In the Division I game Madisons Sebastian Bolinger, Colton Fife and Nasun Wasson and Chase Countys Cael Budke. Madison Head Coach Alex McMillian was the East squad head coach.
In the Division II game Christian Decker of Waverly and Koby Vanderpool of Marais des Cygnes Valley.
