Joe Biden is the winner in the Kansas Democratic Party’s presidential primary.
Biden gained over 110,000 votes or almost 77 percent of the vote in the mail-in election. Bernie Sanders, the only other candidate receiving votes, received 23.1 percent.
Biden is the presumptive Democrat nominee for president after all other major candidates dropped out of the running from January to early March. President Donald Trump, a Republican, is seeking a second term in office.
