Scattered moderate rainfall hit parts of the KVOE listening area early Monday.
The KVOE studios received 0.40 inches of rain as part of two different thundershowers that moved across the area before sunrise. Also, William Allen White Elementary is at 0.30 inches and northeast Emporia is at 0.45 inches.
The Emporia Municipal Airport, meanwhile, reports just 0.02 inches of rainfall.
