Flint Hills Community Health Center is getting almost three-quarters of a million dollars in federal stimulus money.
US Senator Pat Roberts has announced over $712,000 is coming to the Health Center as part of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act, commonly called the CARES Act. Health Center administrators have not said how that money will be utilized.
All told, over $15 million is going to community health centers across the state as part of the $2.2 trillion CARES Act.
