CrossWinds Counseling and Wellness has announced several operations adjustments with the coronavirus pandemic continuing to develop.
CEO Amanda Cunningham says essential personnel are reporting to offices in Lyon and surrounding counties, but all other staff have been told to work from home. Therapists, medication providers, case managers and peer support specialists will offer services by televideo or phone and emergency services will still be offered around the clock.
The residential home and crisis house for adults and children will be staffed. The therapeutic preschool, Gateway or Children’s Psychosocial program and Adult Psychosocial program will all halt until further notice.
CrossWinds is in the process of adding a phone line for mental health concerns related to COVID-19.
