Greenwood County deputies say a Missouri man was airlifted to Wichita for treatment after a crash outside Eureka on Tuesday.
Undersheriff Randy Cox says the crash happened near the north junction of US Highway 54 and Kansas Highway 99, about seven miles east of Eureka, around 1:30 pm. Details about how the crash developed are pending, but 28-year-old Christopher Wall of Grandview, Missouri, was stabilized at Greenwood County Hospital in Eureka before an airlift to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
The driver of the second vehicle, 62-year-old Robert Goulette of El Paso, Texas, was observed at the scene and released.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
