The Emporia State mens and womens tennis teams both suffered their first loss of the season Tuesday.
The men were defeated by Harding 7-0. Harding won all 9 matches played.
The women were defeated by Arkansas Tech 6-1.
The Lady Hornets won two doubles matches to win the doubles point. Arkansas Tech won all 6 singles matches.
Wednesday both teams play at Southern Arkansas.
