Cody Allan Risner is now wanted in Coffey County for alleged criminal activity.
Already wanted in Lyon County, Risner is now wanted by Coffey County deputies on a felony warrant for failing to appear on charges of domestic battery and criminal threat.
Risner is also wanted in Lyon County after authorities say he failed to appear for a pretrial hearing on an aggravated battery charge related to an alleged stabbing incident in east Emporia in October 2019. Risner was supposed to go to trial in late February but allegedly skipped his final pretrial. His second trial setting was supposed to begin Monday, meaning trial is now on hold until further notice.
The 27-year-old Risner is a white male, 5-foot-9, 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
