Community groups interested in being part of the Emporia Community Foundation’s annual Match Day this fall have until Friday to apply.
Organizations must have an annual operating budget of $150,000 or less to participate.
Applications are available at the Community Foundation Office at 527 Commercial Suite B. They are also available by calling the office at 342-9304 or by going online to www.emporiacf.org.
Last year’s Match Day set an event record with over $286,000 raised for 25 local and area community groups. Over the past six years, Match Day has raised over $1.1 million and has funded 33 area non-profit groups.
Match Day 2020 is Nov. 16 at Flinthills Mall.
