Three members of the Emporia High girls wrestling team will be competing at State Thursday.
Senior Gloria Peroza will be wrestling at 143 pounds.
Junior Trinity Ervin will be wrestling at 191 pounds and goes in ranked 4th in the State.
Sophomore Megan Olson will be wrestling at 235 pounds.
6 Area wrestlers will also be at State.
Council Groves Jolie Ziegler is ranked #1 at 170 pounds.
Mission Valleys Shelby Kesler is ranked 6th at 123 pounds.
Burlingames Gianna Culbert is ranked 3rd at 136 pounds.
Burlingtons E’owynn Codney is ranked 4th at 116 pounds.
Also from Burlington M.J. Huff at 109 and Bryleigh Isch at 191 pounds.
The first ever girls state wrestling tournament will held in Salina.
