The Emporia State baseball team split a doubleheader with Augustana Saturday.
Augustana won the first game 6-4. Scoring 4 of their runs in the 6th inning.
Emporia State won the second game 16-12.
Connor Hurst hit a 2 run home run in the first inning.
Cooper Minick hit a grand slam as part of a 6 run 4th inning.
Josh Norlin drove in 4 runs in the game.
Emporia State and Augustana are scheduled to wrap up the 4 game series with first pitch at 10:30 Sunday morning at the Trusler Sports Complex.
