Mobilizing Literacy and ECKAN Head Start are once again partnering alongside 13 other community sponsors to bring the Little Learners Math-Science-Grow Expo to Emporia Thursday evening.
The Expo will be at the Flinthills Mall and will feature a wide plethora of activities for children to enjoy all centered around increasing literacy and numeracy skills.
Theresa Whalen of ECKAN Head Start mentions there will be art activities, hands-on manipulative and constructible activities, all connecting to those aforementioned skills.
Whalen also adds the experience is designed for children, but parents and caregivers can learn just as much too.
The Little Learners Math-Science-Grow Expo is free to attend and takes place Thursday evening from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Flinthills Mall.
