There is a letter of intent to sell assets for BLI Rentals LLC, although there is no guarantee a sale will transpire.
BLI announced it recently entered into the letter of intent, although company officials are not naming the potential partner at this time. There will be a 90-day due diligence period as the company researches potential opportunities and then reports back to its investors. Once that period ends, a decision will be made on whether to proceed with the sale.
BLI says it “remains committed to providing the same high standard of service to its customers and dealers.”
BLI currently has 60 employees, and with the due diligence period underway, company officials are not commenting on long-term employment plans until a decision is reached. It provides rent-to-own services for businesses selling outdoor products like sheds, gazebos, swing sets, outdoor furniture and other outdoor structures.
