The Emporia State softball and baseball teams have games scheduled for this weekend.
The Softball team will open play in the Alvy Early Classic in Bentonville, Arkansas Saturday. They will face Quincy and Harding.
Rachel Kauss hopes they can improve on last weeks effort.
The Emporia State baseball team is in Denver, Colorado to play Metro State in a 4 game series. The Hornets take a 4-2 record into the games. Josh Norlin says they making progress.
They will play a doubleheader Saturday and Sunday.
