Plans have been announced for the second annual No Coast Film Festival later this year.
The dates will be Oct. 2-3. Once again, the Granada Theatre will host.
Last year, nearly 40 short films were submitted. Independent filmmakers both new and experienced can now submit entries online through www.nocoastfilmfest.com. All genres are welcome. Short films have to be up to 20 minutes long and meet other festival guidelines.
Last year’s film festival dovetailed with the first-ever Halfway to Everywhere music festival. That will not be the case this year as Halfway to Everywhere is slated for Sept. 5.
