The Cyclones jumped out to a 21-2 lead and never trailed. The Wildcats did cut the deficit to 4 points in the 2nd half but could get no closer.
Cartier Diarra was the leading scorer for Kansas State finishing with 24 points. The Wildcats will host Oklahoma State Tuesday.
