Chances of accumulating snowfall are diminishing as Wednesday progresses.
Initially, it looked like we could get up to 2 inches of snowfall in Emporia with up to 3 inches across parts of Coffey, Greenwood and Osage counties. The main snow band has set up across central Missouri instead of eastern Kansas and western Missouri, meaning we could see flurries at best until the winter storm pulls away Wednesday evening.
