Emporia States Taysean Goodwin has been named the MIAA Mens Track Athlete of the Week.
He ran a provisional qualifying time in the prelims of the men’s 60m at the Central Missouri Invitational and came back to win the event. His prelim time of 6.78 is the best mark in the MIAA and ranks sixth in the nation. Goodwin also won the 400m and was a part of the winning 4x400m relay.
