There is High School Basketball on Fridays schedule with time changes for several games.
Emporia High travels to Topeka to play at Seaman. The girls varsity game is set to tip-off at 5pm followed by the boys varsity game at 6:30p.
The Emporia High girls will be playing another ranked team. Seaman, undefeated is ranked 5th in 5A. Coach Carolyn Dorsey says they need to be even better defensively.
The Emporia High boys will be facing a Seaman team that is looking for its first win. Emporia High boys Coach Beau Welch says they have to be who they are.
Both games will be broadcast on KVOE 1400AM/96.9FM.
The featured games on Country 101.7 have Olpe at Lebo. Game times are 5:45 for the girls and 7:15 for the boys.
Lebo girls Coach Patrick Gardner says they will have to play a near perfect game.
Olpe boys Coach Chris Schmidt says they will need to do the little things well.
