The Emporia High girls wrestling team won 2 of 3 duels in a mixer with JC Harmon, Bashor-Linwood and Gardner-Edgerton Wednesday.
Evelin Geronimo at 109 won all 3 of her matches by fall. Miranda Taylor won her first match at 123 by major decision 18-7 against JC Harmon. She injury defaulted in her other two matches.
Maddie Griffin at 130 won her match with JC Harmon by fall.
Gloria Perosa at 143 won her matches with JC Harmon and Gardner-Edgerton by fall.
Alexis Turpin at 155 won her match with Gardner-Edgerton by fall.
Kiana Flores-Delgado at 170 won her match with Gardner-Edgerton by fall.
Trinity Drvin at 191 won her matches with Bashor-Linwood and Gardner-Edgerton by fall.
The Emporia High girls wrestling team is scheduled to go to Blue Valley Southwest Saturday.
