Lyon County commissioners have a couple major points of business for their action meeting Thursday.
Commissioners could approve the purchase of six pickup trucks for the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office. The Commission is considering a bid from Longbine Auto Plaza for nearly $189,000 for the vehicles.
Commissioners will set aside some time for the official reorganization as they announce a new board chair and vice chair.
The meeting starts at 8 am at the County Courthouse.
