A superintendent search update will highlight conversations for the USD 251 North Lyon County Board of Education Wednesday night.
Interim Superintendent Mike Mathes is nearing the end of his two-year term in June. The district received an initial report on patron preferences and other matters from the Kansas Association of School Boards at its meeting last month.
In addition to an update on the ongoing search, board members will also receive a budget update along with a capital outlay plan. The North Lyon County conscious discipline report will also be presented.
The meeting begins at 7 pm Wednesday evening inside the Board of Education meeting room in Americus.
