The Kansas Court of Appeals has affirmed a Coffey County ruling in a conspiracy case.
Two years ago, Coffey County found Jaden Kyle Knoblock guilty of conspiracy to commit burglary and sentenced him to 12 months of probation through Community Corrections with an underlying seven-month prison term. Knoblock received several jail sanctions during the sentence, leading up to his probation being revoked.
Knoblock appealed, saying district court abused its discretion by revoking probation. However, the Court of Appeals found no such abuse and Knoblock could not comply with the terms of his probation.
