A woman has now been charged as Emporia Police continue an investigation into shots fired at several homes and alleged drug activity.
Annikah Sosa, 20, was arrested Friday and subsequently charged with single counts of marijuana distribution and paraphernalia possession.
Sosa becomes the fourth adult charged and sixth person overall to face charges after occupied homes at 1101 Congress, 531 East Logan and 901 Mary were shot into between Dec. 6-8. Sosa and Elijah Rowley are charged with distributing marijuana, while Christopher Diaz and Jesse Baker face drug possession charges. Two unnamed 17-year-old males have been charged with burglary with intent to steal a firearm. All but Sosa were arrested Monday.
The investigation has netted several firearms and over 1.5 pounds of pot, according to Emporia Police.
