The Emporia State mens basketball team wraps up a 4 game homestand hosting Rockhurst Friday night.
For the Hornets take a 3-2 record into the game. It will be a learning process all season for the Hornets, especially with 5 freshman on the team. 3 freshmen started in the win over Sterling Monday. Mason Thiessen was one of the freshmen. Last season played at Inman on a team that finished in 3rd place in the 2A tournament.
Rockhurst is 1-2. Their win is over Washburn. Mason says they will need to be solid defensively.
Tip-off is set for 6:30p at White Auditorium.
