Trials are coming next week in the cases of an alleged armed robbery and a battery inside the Lyon County Jail, and the defendants are set for their final pretrial hearings Wednesday.
Harold Stewart and Marcel Wamser both have hearings set for 4 pm in Lyon County District Court.
Stewart faces one count of aggravated robbery. He allegedly took money from the Max’s BP convenience store in February after telling the store clerk he had a gun.
Wamser is charged with aggravated battery. He allegedly attacked a second inmate as that person left the jail in May.
