A Lyon County inmate faces more charges after allegedly leaving a work release assignment last week.
Bret Fallis was out on work release but failed to return to the Lyon County Jail until his arrest a short time after his expected return time.
Fallis was originally jailed for bond revocation. It is Lyon County policy to add escape counts for inmates that do not return from work release assignments as expected. Court dates in Fallis’ case have not been placed on the 5th Judicial District’s November online docket.
