A week after several people from Emporia and elsewhere were arrested in downtown Emporia last week, a decision on formal charges is still pending against all four people arrested.
On Oct. 18, Lyon County deputies and the Emporia-Lyon County Special Response team arrested four people as part of an effort to execute a warrant:
*Cierra Albright, 23, of Emporia
*Tristin Fetters, 22, of Emporia
*Allen Larson, 44, of Manhattan
*Lisa Price, 39, of Council Grove
All four were jailed afterward on suspicion of possessing weapons and illegal drugs. Authorities have not issued any details about the case, and there is no estimate yet on when a decision will be made on formal charges.
