Over the next six weeks, Kansas Congressman Roger Marshall is holding several telephone-based town halls for people who have questions about Medicare, including one Wednesday.
People can call 877-229-8496 between 2:10 pm and 3:10 pm Wednesday. The PIN to take part is 116489.
Calls are toll-free and open to all Medicare recipients. Marshall says the town halls will let residents talk directly with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services officials about their plans and the questions they may have about plans, costs and coverage changes.
Medicare’s so-called open enrollment season began Oct. 15 and ends Dec. 7. If you miss the town hall Wednesday, one is slated for 10-11 am Nov. 13 and another is coming from 6-7 pm Dec. 4. The same phone number and PIN will apply.
