Kapaun Mt. Carmel out scored the Emporia High boys soccer team 5-3 Monday night.
Hector Hernandez, Elijah Williams and Wilber Landaverde each scored a goal for the Spartans.
The Spartans will host St. Marys Academy Tuesday night with varsity kick-off set for 6:15 at Emporia High School.
