The Emporia High girls tennis doubles team of Koey Keough and Drina Herrarte qualified for state with a 4th place finish at regionals Saturday.
As a team Emporia High finished in 3rd place behind Andover, which qualified both singles players and both doubles teams. Topeka Seaman finished in 2nd place. They qualified two doubles teams and a singles player.
The 5A State tennis tournament will be played at Pittsburg beginning Friday.
