Community members are invited to enjoy some fall fun in Neosho Rapids this weekend.
A special fundraiser put on by the Neosho Rapids Committee will be taking place Sunday afternoon at the Neosho Rapids Park. The event will include a chili bar at noon with dessert, hot chocolate and apple cider available.
The cost of the chili bar is a free-will donation. A costume contest will take place at 1 pm followed by a pumpkin carving competition at 3.
Attendees may also purchase a wrist band for $5 which grants them access to an afternoon of carnival games, snacks and prizes. $1 haystack rides will also be offered throughout the day.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the Neosho Rapids Park Improvement fund.
