Damien Williams also returned for a full practice.
Only offensive lineman Eric Fisher and linebacker Dorian O’Daniel did not practice as the Chiefs prepare for Sundays showdown with Indianapolis.
Patrick Mahomes has been named the AFC Offensive player of the month for September.
Mahomes leads the league in passing yards, passer rating, yards-per-attempt, throws of 25+ yards and tied for the lead in touchdown passes.
