Strong to severe thunderstorms may affect the area again Saturday.
A day after powerful storms generated large hail and up to 2 inches of rain, severe weather could re-develop by mid-afternoon. As was the case Friday, large hail and high winds will be the main risk factors but an isolated tornado is also possible. Heavy rain is also a concern.
Lyon and all surrounding counties are in a slight risk of severe weather for the day. The severe weather risk should be over by sunset, although storms could continue until around midnight.
Non-severe thunderstorms might re-develop early Sunday.
