Sacred Heart’s annual Mexican Supper fundraiser is gearing up to feed the Emporia area Friday.
Plans have been in the works for the 46th annual fundraising feed for months now, and the cooks have already started on preparing the 8,000 tacos for Friday.
Tickets are $8 if purchased in advance, and $9 if purchased Friday at the door. One ticket will get you:
- Two fried or unfried tacos
- Rice
- Fresh salsa
- Chips
- Homemade dessert
Sour cream packets can be bought for $1 each, and there is also a 10 for $10 deal with unfried tacos.

Tickets can be purchased in advance from any Sacred Heart student or by calling (620) 343-7394. The dinner will be at the school, starting at 4:00 pm and go until 7:00 pm.
